John and his team are very reliable and courteous in my opinion. Despite using trade sites like this I'm often concerned about tradesman trying their luck with over priced quotes, shortcuts etc. but this was never a concern with John, as he has always struck me as a very honest, fair and trustworthy man. In addition to this he also helped me to secure my property whilst my fence was down, which he didn't have to do, so I would absolutely recommend him, and use him again if I needed new work doing.
