We needed an EICR at short notice to help with a house sale. I contacted Felix and he responded the next day, and was able to do the work within a couple of weeks. His timeliness and communication were excellent, he clearly explained what he was doing and what he found. As far as I could tell he did a good job for a fair price.

Gave us a date and time for looking at the job and turned up on time. Options followed shortly then an official quote once we'd chosen what we wanted. Not a big job but he squeezed us into his diary.
