Very efficient service. My initial call was taken by an AI assistant. At first I was reluctant to speak to an AI, but it was ok and the booking was made and details of the job correctly logged by the AI. Half an hour later a human phoned me to check that all was in order. The visit was successful and the two blocked drains cleared. Fabio was very knowledgeable and friendly.
