Finlay came out to fit a new tap on the same day I contacted him. It turned out there was a problem with the tap and he came back the next day after buying a new tap on his way. Only charged for labour on the first day. He was fantastic, takes customer care seriously and would definitely recommend him.

This was another complex job to strip back the wall to expose the shower plumbing, hack away mouldy plywood backer board and replace all with proper materials that are moisture resistant, seal and retile. Then relay the floor tiles that had been poorly installed previously. All done with care for long term quality. I’ll say it again, I’ll be using FBH Finley for my plumbing jobs from now on.
