  Abject performance

  Amateur hour. Work was completed to an embarrassingly low standard following an end of tenancy clean. I don't think cleaners expected me to visit the property again. Resulted in further cleaning by myself and ultimately part of deposit being held. In the resulting dispute with Faz he claimed I was trying to extort him when I declined to pay full price. Absolute circus - avoid.

  Worked hard pre-sale to identify an accurate cleaning plan and manage expectations. Carried out the work to a high standard and did a fantastic job. Communication fantastic and would recommend.

  I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Faz, and I am very happy with the results. this is a good person who was very motivated in agreeing a reasonable price for the job.
