The person Checkatrade sent was polite, friendly and very efficient, explaining the problem and fixing it quickly. As the job took only a few minutes and din't require any repair or spare parts, he kindly only charged for the call-out fee. I was happy with that. Thank - and I'm sorry I didn't get your name.

The company engineer Dominic quickly made an appointment to examine the microwave, check the oven and diagnose the faulty part. The part was sourced promptly and replaced soon after by Dominic. All contact with the company was clear unfussy and professional. I feel I can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone seeking repairs to any domestic machine.

Excellent work done! Dominic came in to diagnose the issue - he wasnt aware how the setup was fixed, but figured it out and went in to diagnose the issue quite quickly. Unfortunately, parts were not readily available - so that took some time to come in, but once they were in the work was carried out to perfection! Can not thank enough for the willingness to fix this issue for me as quickly as possible!
