Fantastic service!! We found ourselves locked out of our house at 1am due to a broken lock. Service arrived within ten minutes of calling, and he got us into our house within twenty minutes and fixed our broken lock for us. We were worried emergency call out was going to cost us an arm and a leg, but the price was more than reasonable and we couldn't have asked for a nicer man to help us. Martin is an absolute legend. 30 minutes from making the call he had arrived and got straight to work. 5 minutes later the problem was solved. I can't recommend and praise him highly enough. Martin arrived within 30 minutes of calling him. He explained what the issue was and how he was going to resolve it which he did very efficiently. This is the second time in the last few years that we have called Martin out albeit for a different lock. He is very friendly and professional and I cannot recommend him highly enough. 5 star service. We are a 24 hour emergency company but also make appointments if necessary. Our services include lock outs to gain entry, lock changes and upgrades, burglary repairs to broken locks and handles, garage door locks and security surveys.. We specialise in UPVC and composite doors. We work for a number of businesses including estate agents, letting agencies and bailiffs. We are also sub contracted to one of the largest independent lock smith company's in the UK.
