Good communication, pleasant work team

We had an urgent repair needed as our kitchen window latch had broken. They arrived about a couple of hours after the initial call and replaced the latch within minutes. So very grateful for their quick response. They were efficient, professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

The service from Fast Glass from start to finish was very efficient and reliable. I posted the query on Checkatrade in the evening and Kelvin contacted me the next morning. He was very informative and knowledgeable about fitting cat flaps. From when we spoke, he came round to measure patio door, the glass was ordered and cat flap fitted, everything was done and dusted within a week. Very efficient service, great communication, highly recommended.

We required new window glass after burglary. Lewis arrived to quote/measure up 30min after initial enquiry and then returned 48 hours later (ahead of schedule) to fit new panel (less than 15min both times). This was invaluable in terms of security and peace of mind. Thank you.
