Called out FastFlow Plumbing ltd, Anthony arrived on time, and diagnosed that the boiler needed to be replaced as it was unsafe, they organised for a new boiler to be installed and system power flushed in the same day, i now have a warm home. Thank you.

I needed a CP12 Gas Safety Certificate for a home I am about to put on the market. I wanted to make sure the boiler etc. are working properly. Anthony responded to my Checkatrade job post, provided a good price and was easy to work with when it came to setting up the appointment. He showed up on time. He is very knowledgeable about heating systems and it was helpful to be able to discuss the budget to bring the heating system up to date so I can negotiate during the sales process if needed. The certificate was in my email during the appointment as he fills it in as he inspects the system.

An unexpected issue almost derailed my kitchen refit, as the plumber I hired was unable to get back in to finish some essential work. Anthony came out to do the work the day after I contacted him, on a Sunday, at 8:30 in the morning. A few hours later, everything was finished, and the kitchen refit was back on schedule. Very happy!

Anthony was very friendly and polite from the point of contact to the completion of the work. The stairs and areas of work were covered and also tidied up upon completion. He explained to me in laymans terms what work needed completing to correct the situation. He worked through until the work was complete and explained what he had done. I've kept him as a contact for future work and would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a plumber. Overall, the experience was smooth. The pricing was competitive, the work to standards required, and knowledgeable in his field.
