The engineer visited within 20 minutes of contact and he diagnosed the issue straight away unfortunately he was unable to repair it as I needed replacement parts however the engineer provided links to purchase the parts and advice us on what to do next.

Fixed the washing machine next day, prove seemed reasonable

Umair came to fix our combined washing machine and dryer where the dryer function was not working. 1st visit (£80) - Replaced a sensor and said it would work. Upon testing, the washing machine would fuse the main switch. He then said need a new heating element. 2nd visit (£50 +£110 for heating element) - He replaced the heating element and left. Said restart the machine and run a cycle and it should work but it didn’t. 3rd/4th visit - supposedly came but since we didn’t answer our phone in the first ring, he turned back by the time we called him back 5 min later after making us wait all day.

Very fast response. The issue turned out to be more complicated than I thought and requires fridge replacement at some point. But the guy was super professional, explained and showed everything, so overall very happy with the service.

Fast Fix responded very quickly to our urgent request concerning our dishwasher that wasn't draining - and arrived the next day on time. It was fixed quickly by a very polite young man and we have had no trouble since.

The job was done the following day and completed.
