All was going very well until the cleaner went to replace the slide and hide door of the bottom oven and the inner glass panel shattered. The cleaner was mortified and phoned his boss who was on site within minutes. More apologies, a scrupulous clean up and further phone calls to obtain a new panel and the fitting to be carried out by a Neff authorised fitter On completion we were offered a very acceptable discount as a reimbursement. I am very impressed with the way this was dealt with as accidents are always a possibility with this type of complex door and intend to use them again

Oven as good as new when finished.
