Seydi was amazing! I needed emergency repairs for my boiler and he came out free of charge at night to assess the situation. He came the next morning and completed all necessary work within 3 hours. Fantastic service from start to finish. The plumbing and heating company was easy to deal with, punctual, and very professional. A special mention to the engineer who came out — knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, to a high standard, and the place was left spotless afterwards. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this reliable and take such pride in their work. Called for an emergency repair as we drilled through a water pipe in our bathroom. Seydi arrived within the hour, all work was completed to a very high standard, he took the time to make sure everything was working after completion. Work area was left clean and tidy.
