Work was completed and initially happy, Fascias are now coming down. I have tried to call the company many times however I'm not getting a response.

Excellent service from start to finish! At quote stage, Alan took the time to explain to explain how he would go about the work and showed me samples of the material he would use, so I knew exactly what to expect. The quoted price was reasonable. He recommended a Scaffolding company, who were also excellent. Alan and his team arrived promptly each day and were courteous and friendly, and explained what they intended to achieve on that day. They worked tirelessly to accomplish everything they had planned, and swept and cleaned before leaving at the end of the day. They are exemplary tradesmen

Fix damaged soffit

Alan did not try to sell me new soffits even when I asked if that would be the best way to tackle the problem. Instead he fixed what needed fixing and explained why there had been a problem. He communicated well about arrival time. The initial quote was clear about the work that needed doing.

From the onset I found the guys at APS informative and helpful, plus, the quote was well priced.During the job I was made aware of the progress of the work being done.This was completed to my satisfaction and I would use them again unhesitatingly and also recommend them to friends/family.
