    Flat roof replacement

    The company were professional and polite. They introduced themselves when they first came round which is rare for companies that I’ve seen. I received a leaflet with the relevant information on too. The quote was quick and whilst expensive compared to others it’s important to remember what I was getting with the guarantee and insurance. Job completed quickly, with little communication from the workmen. Work completed and paid for 2 weeks ago and still waiting for receipt/guarantee but that might be due to staff holidays. Hopefully will receive soon.

    The company were quick to come and quote. They were more expensive than other quotes I received but were very professional with good communication. They were responsive to my messages and aimed to explain everything clearly. The work was done quickly and promptly in a professional manner.

    Felt job exaggerated, so cost a lot more. plus scaffolding needed; sub contracted firm to do this were unprofessional who walked all over lower kitchen roof (twice) doing damage and rammed pole ends against upvc window frame. Finally told I had to pay before removal!

    Thoroughly stress less experience, date for the work was confirmed at my convenience and the team rang in the morning to update arrival time. The team, Kyle & Bailey arrived on time were extremely polite and efficient and got straight down to work I had to encourage them both to accept drinks through the day. On completion of the work they tidied up all around the area and I was very pleased. All in all I can't speak highly enough of them and would happily recommend them
