The old carpet was removed and taken from site before the room was redecorated, new underlay and carpet installed post decoration. Farrants flooring fitted into our schedule which required two visits at dates we requested. Removal and fitting were done cleanly and efficiently and the new carpet looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

Nigel was great from start to finish. Offered advice & took the time to ensure he understood what we wanted. We had mix of styles within the LVT range. Work started & finished on time, having Nigel & Ollie around was easy, they were both friendly & professional. There were some challenges, as expected with a house of over 120 years old, Nigel was able to deal with these to ensure the floor was level and took time to lay out the design to ensure you looked perfect, especially around the unusual shaped kitchen. The end result is fantastic! Looks & feels great! Fully recommend and would use again
