Product and work were of a professional standard and we are very pleased with our new doors and windows. From requesting initial quote (very competitive) to home visit and survey was very timely. However, a couple of minor niggles. Once we paid the deposit we did have to chase a couple of times to confirm receipt of the money and also to confirm installation date. Also, whilst in general installers were very clean & tidy we did have a pile of shoes in our garage by the door that was being replaced that was not covered by a dust sheet so was covered in brick dust!
