Jack sourced a replacement tap unit, removed the old one and fitted the new one quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the job.

Been told by others that this was a tricky fix and advised of damage to waterproof plaster. Jack was absolutely spot on and had already thought of a solution before he arrived. Turned up when he said he would which is always a bonus and his solution turned out to be the right one. He sorted in a couple of hours ( which also included trips to pick up parts ) with the minimum of damage to the wall. Extremely happy customer and will definitely be keeping his number for future! Already got him on another 'tricky' job 👍

Jack gave us a quote for a leaking bath/shower job. He promised to guarantee the work & no more leaking. However, shortly after that, the leaking was still continuing so I contacted Jack to rectify problems. A visit was arranged but jack didn’t turn up & didn’t even let us know. Eventually, Jack came to sort out the leaking. However, the leaking has been continuing since 2 weeks after his 2nd visit & it’s getting worse. I have been trying to contact him in the last 3 weeks by calling, left voicemail & texting but still no luck. This has caused us a lot of distress.
