I used Checkatrade to view possible Gardeners in my area and within a few minutes they suggested "Fantastic Services"for gardening help. So I rang the number and a helpful, patient knowledgeable man in the office, explained their working system and steered me through various possibilities. I booked a trial session with a date in hand for a second session. depending on how we manage the first session and the advise the gardeners give me. I was very comfortable with how my enquiry was handled.

Very a disappointed at the poor service received from Fantastic Services Oxford. They cleaned my flat each month on three occasions. It cost £57 for 2 times one and half hours. Unfortunately it was a different cleaner every month. The £57 was taken from my account before the two cleaners arrived. On the the third time the cleaners said they were finished after 15 minutes. Not surprisingly the standard of cleaning was poor and a superficial wipe down. It was costing me the equivalent of £114 per hour. I contacted Fantastic Services about this, but they did nothing. Subsequently I cancelled.

I was overcharged, and my protest brought promise of reply, but none was forthcoming, so I gave up on this company.

Amazing cleaning job. Was very impressed with the efficiency of the cleaners . They were polite , punctual and with incredible attention to details.

Dreadful Disappointing and Disgraceful experience did not do anything other than hoover stairs landing and 3 bedrooms floors All surfaces were left untouched . I explained with 2 dogs and working full time it was very dirty and requested a deep clean reassured this was acceptable . My Husband came back and they were sat in the lounge, that I was told they didn’t have time to clean, on their phones ! paid for 18 hrs recieved 1 at most , they even had the audacity to say they could put some clothes away for extra! Please do yourselves a favour and do not entertain this company. Oxford branch
