Words cannot describe how terrible my service from Fantastic Gardens was, but I will try. Initial thoughts were good as they very quickly replied and seemed to know what they were doing. That was the best it got, once agreed they would do the work it became clear they were just a subsidiary of a much bigger company and you have to speak to leads of call centre people, download an app, set up an account. I then spent quite a bit of time working out when they could come to carry out the garden work, they didn’t stick to the plan or the times, would NOT recommend
