We have a leak which is causing damp in our kitchen wall, the leaks coming from the old felt roof and gutters not aligned properly with the roof, causing water to leak in. Francis and the team built a new felt roof on top of the existing one, not sure if this is best practice? Because ideally they should really be ripping everything off regardless, then put new guttering and PVC, if required. Finally in terms of the flashing, Flashband tape was used and not Lead flashing. Lead flashing is much more durable then FLASHBAND Good lads though, giving 10 years gurantee.
