Called to asked to come fix a leak that was coming from under kitchen sink at the compression valve. Was told there was a call out charge of £50 which I thought was ok Because I needed the leak sorting. Guy turned up to look and said it will cost £250 to look and tighten the joint valves😳 When he left he said it was done which took him all of 15 minutes. When I Checked later it was still leaking, called him to tell him, but said he can’t come for another 3 days. Got someone else to do it. Asked for some sort of refund but was told no.
