  We’ve been incredibly impressed with Chris’s workmanship and attention to detail. He was consistently reliable, polite, and courteous. It’s been a pleasure having him work with us, and we will definitely be using Fairway again in the future.

  BUNGALOW RENOVATION BOARDING/PLASTERING

  Between October 2024 and March 2025 Chris worked on our bungalow renovation. He boarded and/or plastered walls and ceilings in 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom & hallway. He also dealt with adhoc requests. Chris is a very professional, friendly and accommodating person. He really helped us progress the renovation due to his great flexibility in dates/times working with or around other tradespeople. He also sometimes brought in Lewis or Don to help speed up the job timelines for us. I thoroughly recommend Chris and his team and enjoyed the many laughs we had along the way!

  Plastering a damp spot

  Communication with Chris was spot on and he was friendly throughout, quoted without seeing the job and took the time to explain what he was going to do. Was flexible even when the tenants weren't in when he first arrived. Completed within the time quoted and for the price quoted. Quote was competitive. Everything was arranged remotely so I haven't actually seen the quality of work which is why I'm giving it a 9, but apart from that I'd definitely use him again.

  Plastering of roof wall

  After having a new Velux window fitted, the wall needed re-plastering - a smallish but somewhat urgent job. Chris from Fairway Plastering could make time in his schedule and sent me a very reasonable quote. He was courteous and polite throughout and the finished wall looks excellent. I'd happily recommend him and his team and will contact him again for any plastering needs in the future.

  Plastering the rear bedroom, and some odd jobs

  Chris was extremely personable and happy to help where he could. He takes a lot of care over his work and you can see that he wants to do a great job. From start to finish, he was very professional and also very tidy, which can be unusual. I'd definitely recommend.
