George turned up to be advised what was required. not only did he give a value for money quote but also fitted the job there and then. did the work efficiently and tidily. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a job doing .

We had a great experience with Fairmind renovations. From the quote right to the end of the job George kept us informed about all aspects of the work being carried out. We had updates and pictures of the work every day. I would definitely use Fairmind renovations for any work in the future.

Replacement LED bank light

Excellent service, reasonable price and job completed the same day. We have an old building and the wiring is not well labelled but George was incredibly patient and good natured about it - he managed to sort it out without any problem. I will definitely be asking for his help with any future jobs. Thank you.

EICR + minor fixes

Good communication before the visit, was kept up to date with arrival time. Very robust and detailed assessment of electrical installation performed due to the lack of previous EICR. All the issues identified were explained and justified. Cost of fixes was ver reasonable and clear. Possible improvements to the installation identified and advised (C3). Simply said, booking straight forward, work completed to high standard, no hidden costs. Would recomment and would use again.
