  I have this company used for 4 projects. His estimates are accurate, we go through everything meticulously, the quality of the work is very high. Also they are punctual and clean up carefully. Very pleased with the outcome. He is very polite and punctual.

  The entire experience from the start to the end has been incredibly stress free and smooth. The team was very highly skilled and attentionto detail was impeccable.   Cevan was very professional, and responded promptly to our messages. He offered sound advice during the designing, and was receptive to our views and concerns. We were especially appreciative that he was able to book us in for the work within a few weeks. The workmen were friendly and professional, and worked well around us while we were home. The bathroom was finished to a high standard, they even fixed our door. They tidied everything up before leaving. Cevan visited every day to ensure things were on track and the job was completed on time. Would definitely use Fairmile Properties again.

The quality of his work is excellent – the fixtures are well-installed, and the finish looks great. He was punctual, kept the workspace tidy, and worked efficiently to get the job done.
