  I had single integral garage converted into a studio flat and Laurance and his team were so helpful throughout the process. Not living nearby I was really happy with the level of communication and updates I had and was always kept informed of progress or delays. I was really happy with the finish and the very few minor snags at the end of the build the team were happy to come back and complete without question. I would definitely recommend Fairfax Devlopments to others wanting a builder to rely on.

  Remove bespoke kitchen units to locate and repair leek

  I had a burst pipe under my kitchen island Laurence from Fairfax was assigned the work after I had been without water for 11days and being informed my whole kitchen island would need removing Laurence said this would be not be required and completed the whole task within 2 hours and my water was back on and kitchen units installed Very professional and kept me fully informed Moved Jobs around to get me fitted in quickly due to no water in the household

  Loft conversion

  Laurence and his team carried out our loft conversion this year! They worked with our architect to create our dream home, always stuck to the schedules and were very tidy from start to finish, really impressed.

  Renovation of Grade 2 listed buildings

  I have worked with Fairfax Developments for several years working on grade 2 listed renovation projects. The quality of the work is always excellent as are all communications. Always keen to help, the team are always happy to go the extra mile often without being asked. Work is always well project managed with key dates being met. Very happy to recommend.

  From the moment I met Laurence and his team the professionalism and approach was highly commendable. We are a large industrial site and are requirements are specific and Fairfax Developments have gone above and beyond in every manner of the word. I highly recommend them for all building and design requirements they are and deliver exactly what they promise.
