Returning home after a week away I was greeted by a soaking carpet...my insurance company provided an emergency response but the plumber, having identified the source, was not allowed to fix the issue. Checkatrade provided three responses, Lawrence was closest and two photos and 90 minutes later the repair was completed and he was on his way - he even let me borrow his water vacuum to break the back of the drying process...excellent timely service.
