From the minute I was contacted to the minute the job was finished, the communication and action was first class. Unfortunately it turns out we needed a new circuit board which effectively meant the oven was not cost effective to repair. The engineer tried a repair with a specific part but the fuse box kept tripping. The engineer only charged for the call out fee which was not expected but highly appreciated.

Yusef diagnosed issues with my integrated dishwasher and offered me options for repair and replacement. He went above and beyond and even managed to replace my dishwasher same day. He was efficient, knowledgable, professional and reliable. He was also very kind with my toddler.

A very positive experience with this company. Fast, efficient and professional repair of two aoppliances. Went above and beyond to ensire that I only paid for what was needed. Including doing a work-around to avoid an expensive replacement part. I highly recommend this ethical company.
