Fabritec did a great job sanding very worn engineered wood floors in our hall and kitchen/dining room. The flooring came up looking like new. Fabritec/Paul good to deal with, job done on time and good quality. Reccommend !

Paul and Stuart refinished three rooms of old herringbone oak parquet flooring. They were friendly, efficient with an eye for detail. Filled gaps in the process which I must say made a huge improvement to the floor. Done over three days so we could use the hall late afternoon all days, (they did come by a few days ahead to fix a couple of loose blocks) The floors look great. Really happy with the finished matt look.

Paul & Stuart did an excellent job in sanding, filling and varnishing our newer oak parquet flooring (18 years old) and the original 1920's parquet - honestly it looks like new! We're very pleased. The work was thorough and efficient and they were flexible to our changing requirements halfway through the job. Highly recommend Fabritec.
