A great job done on our old, marked and battered hall floor. Looks like new!

Fabritec did a great job of sanding a bamboo floor that was looking worse for wear after more than 10 years of use. Paul and Stewart did a great job in getting rid of the watermarks and stains, the scuffs and scarctches. The floor looks as good as new. Very efficiently done and at a good price. Couldn't ask for more really.

Paul and Stewart are a truly excellent team! Paul's knowledge, experience and thoughtfulness shone through a number of different projects we asked them to tackle (e.g. 50 year-old fine pale maple floor, Victorian Minton tiles, Quarry tiles and modern ceramic external tiles). All now looking absolutely beautiful!
