  Replacement of access hatchback in floor

  I added details of the job on Checkatrade and within an hour Fab Building had replied asking for photos to be able to price the job. A price was agreed and a date, which as the job needed doing quickly was within 48 hours. Fab Building are courteous, good communication, do a good job and clean up afterwards. Will definitely call on them again when a job needs doing.

  Good quality and not expensive contractor

  Fabian with his team had been very responsive, knowledgeable and quick by replacing bathroom plasterboard ceiling. While you always expect surprises during work process, but guys just stuck to their quote (the lowest I have received) without raising extra costs when asked to make slight amendments to the initial job task. High quality, great communication, flexible timing (did the work over weekend). My future key contact for general construction works.

  Garden transformation

  I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. The team completely transformed the garden — installing a brand-new fence, laying a beautiful patio, and finishing it off with perfectly levelled, fresh turf. Everything was done to a high standard, with great attention to detail. They were reliable, hardworking, and kept the area tidy throughout the job. The final result looks amazing.
