Hannah came to our house to address a rat in the attic. She put down some poison, and the movement stopped. However, she kept canceling the appointments, and we had also agreed to install a valve in the drainage. Some months later, more rats appeared, so we called her, but she neither came nor called us back. Another company came and installed a valve that Hannah was supposed to install. Unfortunately, she lied about it.
