We've recently had a loft conversion with an 11 metre dormer added by Extra Space. From the first meeting with Shane, to the team leaving site on the final day, we cannot fault them! Shane talked us through our options for the conversion and dealt with everything. It really was an amazing 'all in' service. Martin, Josh and Charlie were an absolute dream team (as were all the guys drafted in to help with the bigger jobs). They worked hard, were friendly and chatty and always cleaned up. Love the finished result!

We recently had our loft converted by Extra Space Developments and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Shane, Niki and the team were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and made sure we felt involved and informed at every stage of the project. They took the time to listen to what my wife and I wanted, offered helpful advice, and worked closely with us throughout the entire process to make sure everything was exactly right. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Easily 10/10, highly recommended!

From a dormer practically being built, to then being demolished, this ended up being a much more complicated job than first expected for us all! With some council planning and conservation area issues along the way, this was a stressful learning curve all round. That said, Shane and Nick were friendly and helpful throughout and most importantly, I’ve ended up with the home office I actually wanted, thanks guys!

Extra Space did a fantastic job with our loft conversion. Everything went smoothly: they communicated really well throughout the process, were a pleasure to have alongside us in the house, and always cleared up really well afterwards. Would definitely recommend to others.
