Highly recommend!

We struggled to find a builder comfortable to take on our extension, however Shane filled us with confidence straight away, and was more than comfortable with our plans, including the challenge of keeping our indoor cat inside throughout! The whole team were hardworking, punctual, polite, conscientious and tidy - these guys were genuinely great! Martin and Max were our main joiners, working a full day every day, with clear communication about daily activities and engaging the whole family - our young kids loved them, the end result is perfect - we would definitely get them back again in future

The Extra Space team were very professional throughout, they appeared as committed as we were to achieving the best possible final result. Many thanks to Shane, Nik, Martin and Max, the main representatives onsite.

The whole team at Extra Space Developments take pride in their work, turn up on time , work hard throughout the day & are always polite, friendly & approachable. They’ve done a great job converting our conservatory into a fantastic space which we can now use all year round . We would 100% recommend Extra Space Developments !

It is the first time I have had a house extension carried out. Shane was helpful and reassuring from the start. We had flexibility to make tweaks as we went along and felt supported to make good long term decisions. Max and Martin who did most of the building work were friendly, professional, and very tidy. We are really pleased with how the loft turned out and would use Extra Space again and would recommend them to friends.
