We needed our flat roof repaired as it hadn’t been touched for around 25 years. I gave Extramile Maintenance a call and Neil came round to see what needed doing. We decided to go with the EDPM Rubber option instead of felt. Both Neil and his Apprentice arrived promptly every day and tidied up after themselves at the end of every day. They were both friendly and polite and both my wife and I were greatly impressed with the speed of their work and the finished product. We’ve got a few more jobs in mind for the house and Extramile will be at the top of our list to call!

We have used this company before and will hopefully engage them again since they have become our "go-to guys" for restorations and repairs. Our roof leak was identified and rectified with clear explanations and reassurance. Plastering has also been carried out to a high standard including traditional skills of repairing and reshaping a bulls nose and retaining our lath wall. We are well pleased with the creation of a window into the past which revealed a framed section of lath. High value is placed on customer preferences. We are happy with the service sympathetic to our Edwardian property.

We were recommended to call ExtraMile from a close friend - following the recent high winds we found that our fence had been blown down damaging posts and several fence panels. We called ExtraMile who came over - inspected the damage, tidied the area up and gave us a competitive quote. They turned up at the agreed times and did a great job - leaving the area clean and tidy after - great job done well!
