  Tricky roofing repair

  Roof is on a 3 storey building, the leak by a gable window. We had several quotes but this was by far the most competitive. Scaffolding was required for the job which was erected quickly and tidily as promised. The repair was carried out following day, along with another repair not known about but repaired for free while John was there. He also recommended an additional repair for a small cost as likely the first issue would eventually repeat on the tiles at other side of the window. The repairs have been carried out and scaffolding left for next rain to ensure all repairs have been effective

  Roofing repair around dormer

  EPS was extremely thorough throughout the process of repairing our roof. John took moisture readings before, immediately after, and then a few weeks after the repair to ensure a downpour of rain wasn’t causing an increase in moisture. I would definitely recommend John and use his services in the future.

  Repair of leaking roof

  John did a great job repairing a leaking roof for me. He is very polite and professional. There was good communication around timings throughout and the pricing was very fair. He took photos of the roof whilst he was carrying out the work, and took time to explain to me where he thought the water was getting in. After he completed the work, he came back with a damp meter after a heavy spell of rain to check that the problem had been fixed. He clearly takes pride in his work. I would highly recommended EPS.

  I called EPS based on other reviews and John did a great job repairing a leaking roof. He was friendly and courteous, kept in touch around timing of the repair and left the property clean and tidy afterwards. I would recommend EPS.
