The visit to assess the job and give a quote was the same day the job was displayed. The owner was a very personable young man and very polite. The start date and the quote was by email on the date of the visit. The start of the job was as promised. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and was to a high standard. We were kept informed of progress and any minor issues were easily resolved by Mckenzie who did not leave the site until we were happy.

We requested Exterior Edge clean our driveway and patios having seen how thorough they had been undertaking similar work at several neighbours’ properties. We can thoroughly recommend them. From start to finish, McKenzie was extremely professional and polite, and so thorough with his work. He transformed our driveway and patios and clearly takes great pride in his work. He also made sure everywhere was spotless afterwards before he left. Just a really good and reliable cleaning company we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

McKenzie was prompt with responses to set up a date/time for the work, provided regular updates before arrival, and performed a high quality job. He wasn’t able to access a hard-to-reach set of conservatory windows because of limited access from a neighbour’s property. He came up with an access plan and returned on a different day to complete the work. Thank you McKenzie!
