Extension Plans UK did a good job, we had an initial discussion with the head architect, and once we'd agreed to their 'silver package' we mostly dealt with an architectural assistant. She was really good, very happy to help us in getting the plans we wanted and accommodated our requests. The studio administrator was really on it and made sure various documents were sent and organised at the right time.

Used ExtensionPlans for a small project. They have been quick to respond and have kept me up to date with the progress of my planning application (which has now been accepted!).

Great company with brilliant communication and professionalism. Josh the architect has been incredible in his work & speed, Rebecca the head of comms and admin has been thorough, prompt and helpful throughout! Last but not least, we chose this company as the Director; Philip took us through a FREE 40 min consultation to introduce us to the company and gave us some pretty incredible tips and extension design ideas. This really helped the whole process and he gave us some serious value and quality on this call, even before we were customers/clients.

Cameron and his team are fast to respond, and got planning permission for my loft extension faster than I expected. The surveyor was round in record time and I was happy having the opportunity to amend our architectural designs.
