Started very well, unfortunately builders did a very inconsistent job and eventually everything had to be very rushed to maintain the timeline. Every quote was double than every other company no matter how big the project was, agreed part of the project were withdrawn and while looking for solutions the head told us that he has millions in revenue so could not waste any additional time, before blocking us. I am sure miscommunication led to strained relationship, but I would never hire them again.

We had our garage done by Joe and the team with insulation and under roof storage. We were very happy with the results. Their communication was excellent in terms of responsiveness and clarity, they were very flexible and adapted to our requirements really well but also made great suggestions to address our needs which improved the final result. I would strongly recommend and will definitely work with them again for future projects.

We found Extensa through Checkatrade. We had 6 quotes, but chose them based on an expert's review of their quote. Friends said double the timeframe/budget/stress. We didn’t need to. This team have been AMAZING. Not only did they deliver on time and on budget – they have created a home that we love so much that I literally get up in the middle of the night to have a look in disbelief. They fulfilled the impossible task of getting us in for Christmas, to the highest of standards. We love every person on the team. Even my son asked Santa for a toolbox as inspo from Extensa. Thank you so much.

We have been working with Extensa for the last 9 months on a substantial project in SW13. The quality of work has been second to none. What has been impressive thus far is their collaborative attitude, attention to detail and their proactive approach to providing cost saving solutions in order to help maintain budget. I highly recommend using them.

We hired Extensa for a large project that included removing a structural wall and installing beams, rewiring, removal of chimneys, stair prep for replacement, and the associated complete painting and redecorating (and other miscellaneous bits) Joe and the team were very knowledgeable, especially given their previous experience in building control. They explained timelines and the work that needs to be done, were courteous to us and the neighbours and best of all completed the job within the timeline. The job was finished to a high spec. We can't recommend them enough.

Jordan, Joe and the team were amazing throughout the whole renovation process. It was a huge and complex project with extensions, underfloor heating, mist fire system and ventilation fitted throughout the house. And the team did a brilliant job with attention to our needs and requests and great quality of finish. They are extremely reliable, patient, caring about clients' costs (which is very rare in this industry) and simply nice people. Would highly recommend!
