Experience was easy from beginning to end. Lewis communicated promptly throughout. Team turned up on time each day and were polite and left the area very tidy each day. From visit to quote to work being completed was all hassle free. Honest company who gave advice on extra work and recommendations so I could consider all options. Work completed to a good standard, that my 2 of my neighbours and one other nearby all had work done by them too.

We had several leaks in our roof, and had a couple of quotes telling us different things. My neighbour was having roof work done at the time and we were very impressed the the way the lads were working. James looked at our roof and promptly received a quote from Lewis which was very reasonable. We agreed quote and scaffolding and skip came quickly. Work started within a week. Good hardworking team of lads. Within two days a lovely new roof. Good communication with Lewis throughout. Only problem was having skip collected at the end of the job. This was skip companies fault.

Original job was,to replace soffits and gutters however during preparation an issue with the roof felt was identified. I was shown the damage and given option to repair or replace. I opted for replacement and all work was completed in 4 days by a polite, professional team who left my property clean and tidy at the end of the day. I highly recommend the workmanship and conduct of the entire team.

Prompt responses and quotation provided - took only 3 days from enquiry to job completion. Competitive pricing. The team arrived on time and job was completed quickly and to good standard. I was impressed by the work ethic and skills of the team- another roofer I approached had told us the job couldn't be completed without scaffolding, but the Exquisite team managed to replace the tiles using only ladders. Good value for money overall.
