We've had Steve do some work for us a few times now. Very friendly and very professional. Does a great job, communication is fast and clear. Cannot recommend Expansion Heating enough!

Excellent communication. After being let down twice by my previous plumber Steve was recommended by others in my village. He answered my initial enquiry in record time. Turned up when he said he would and provided an excellent service to my boiler. I’ll be using again, was a pleasure to deal with. He had his son with him in work experience who was also polite and friendly. What a refreshing change!

The company reacted speedily to all communications from first enquiry onwards. A date for commencement was agreed and work started on time. Parts were pre-ordered and work was continuous despite the unexpected need for a new hot water tank and and associated pipework. The job did over-run but this was due to the additional work required. Clearing up and commissioning went well. Altogether a good experience!

Obtained several quotes for new boiler and felt that Expansion Heating’s quote was very detailed, easy to understand and price was good. Very professional throughout, good communication, excellent workmanship and very clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this family business as I’m sure you won’t find better.

Steven came along and fitted a new boiler in the loft, he arrived on time and was very polite and friendly, he did the job and tidied up, sorted out the warranty on our behalf and showed me how to use the programmer, I am very pleased with the work he has done for us.

Steve removed my 16-year old gas boiler and installed a new Worcester Bosch one. The job involved cutting very hard porcelain tile and forming a new flue opening. It took half a day and the house was left immaculate. Brilliant!
