  Expansion AC Ltd has been absolutely brilliant! I highly recommend Mark and the team for their service, quality and price. I invited several companies to my home for quotes, as well as getting some online quotes, and Mark offered the best price by far. What I really appreciated is that he recommended exactly what I needed — no unnecessary extras, no upselling, and no hidden costs. He also kept me updated throughout and completed everything on time.   Mark’s customer service was fantastic from start to finish. He responded promptly to my enquiry and visited promptly to provide a free, no-obligation quote. He also gave some fantastic recommendations for making the most of our awkward spaces. Mark installed three indoor units along with the outdoor unit. Everything has been fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. I don’t easily give five-star reviews, as I always feel there is room for improvement, but genuinely couldn’t find any fault with Mark’s service. Excellent customer service, great advice, and a seamless installation.

  Mark phoned me to discuss my situation. He was helpful, friendly flexible with the booking to take into account when I am home. He recommended multiple options of which I could choose the best one to fit my budget and air-conditioning needs.

  Luke and Mark were fantastic! Very friendly, great attention to detail and the work was completely to time. We are now booked in to have AC in two more rooms as we were so impressed! Have recommended to family and friends. A+ service!
