  Sort out faulty toilet filler valve and secured cistern properly

  Plumber took care to explain the work before starting and completed it promptly. It turned out the toilet had not been installed properly (cistern secured to wall with mastic!) and this was remedied by screwing the cistern to the wall. Price very reasonable (work carried out on a Sunday). Highly recommeded.

  Capping off radiator in older property

  I contacted Mehdi when we needed to cap and remove a radiator in our bathroom. Mehdi had been out to help us in an emergency in the past and was polite and efficient so I didn’t hesitate to contact him again. He responded to my text quickly, communication regarding his visit was excellent. As this was an older property with a very old system he took care to understand the system and then isolate and remove the radiator. The bill was very reasonable, he is now our go- to plumber !!
