  Replacing guttering soffits and facia

  If your looking to replace gutterings and soffits etc look no further than Top Tier.my neighbour had theirs replaced and because it looked so good I had mine done today. Every step explained from start to finish. My property is detached and all was finished in 2 days. Absolutely delighted with the finish look. Pleasure to see a local company doing so well.   Roof repair and replacement of water damaged frame

  We recently required some work on our roof to repair some damage to felt and upon inspection we found a substantial amount of damage that required immediate work ,they jumped straight in to the repair walking us through each aspect of the work which was very helpful and reassuring all throughout the process. Professional, Reliable and efficient service are just three of the terms I’d use out of many to recommend them to any member of family or friends.

  Fascia, soffit and gutter replacement

  Previously our roofline looked tired, it was rotting in places, and the guttering was leaking. William provided a competitive quote to fit new roofline materials and guttering. Having agreed to the quote, the work was arranged and undertaken quickly, efficiently and with minimal impact to us. Thd team were friendly and William kept us informed of progress throughout. He also checked I was happy with the work before completion. We are very pleased. Having had the work done the previous problems are resolved and the house looks much smarter. Thanks team.
