  Excellent, proactive communication and good info/advice about the awful nighttime accident stains from my kids on my new mattress. Jude was genuinely lovely on the phone and in person - always feels like a gamble finding the right people to help with things in the home but it was a pleasure. The mattress has come up really nicely, smells amazing. Thanks so much :)

  Jude performed a fantastic job, in a timely manner, and was both professional and friendly throughout. He was sensitive to the fact that my mother (the client) has Alzheimer’s and went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional result.

  Reliable and punctual, with good communication throughout. They arrived on time, did a thorough job cleaning the carpets, and sent the invoice afterward for payment. I appreciated that they didn’t require any prepayment like some other companies do.

  Initially I was dubious about contacting a professional cleaning company but this experience has transformed my perception. The gentleman was punctual, professional and fully understood our cleaning needs. The job was completed to a professional standard and I am still amazed at the results.   Recently moved in to a new place and was considering to either change the carpets or get them cleaned. I’m so happy I went for cleaning the carpet instead, it was a cheaper option and also he made them look brand new! Communication was perfect. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely be using this service again.
