  Fix leak around chimney

  We had a leak due to heavy rain pour over the last few days witch was caused by loose flashing and mortar around the chimney Exclusive property care what we found on a sponsored add on Facebook was a great team. Father and son came around this morning and figured out the problem which they took photos of and showed me before and after the job was completed to a high standard and these guys worked clean and tidy thanks again exclusive (shaun&shaun) would defo use again and recommend to anyone

  Exclusive Property Care carried out garden maintenance with great care and efficiency. The guys worked extremely hard even through heavy rainfall without taking a break. They listened to what I wanted and stuck to my instructions respectfully. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Thank you to the two Shauns.

  I have used them a few times now and always do a great job , very helpful and they come exactly on time.. very reliable. This particular job was removing large items and transporting to another destination but also fixed a garage roof and cut back overgrown trees and took all the cuttings away.

  A very quick response to enquiry with a visit from Shaun within 2 days. The work needed was discussed and agreed. Shaun was a very friendly and helpful. Work started 2 days later with Shaun junior. Bamboo was rotovated and treatef. It was covered with membrane and stones. Very pleased how the overgrown shrubs and bushes were cut back and shaped. The grass was cut as an extra. ( thanks Shaun) Both were very keen to please and completed the work to a very high standard
