IYILAN went above and beyond by first trying to fix issue only then did he advise to buy a new downdraft which we did, IYILAN then came back promptly and fitted new downdraft no waiting for months for someone to come back, left everywhere tidy and kept prices really competitive. Would certainly recommend.

Iliyan at Exceptional Building Services worked on our project for 6 weeks and did a great job. We were really happy with the final product, a total renovation of kitchen and utility room, including sourcing and management of sub-contractors.

Excellent work! Built a storage space under the stairs that has created so much room for storage and made our kitchen area look a lot more tidy. Very professional job , I highly recommend!
