Ash contacted me incredibly quickly and was able to arrange a time to come within a week. Ash arrived promptly and already had all the tools needed so was able to complete the job there and then! very friendly and really pleased with the job!

Excel responded immediately to the problem over the television reception here and were able to promptly diagnose the problem and arrange to fix it. It did take the weekend to get the required part, but they were on time, capable, efficient and polite. A pleasure to deal with them.
