Darren and his colleague were brilliant. Came over at the agreed time, assessed what we needed and what was possible, honestly and straightforwardly explained what they could offer, then came and installed our alarm system the following day. He followed our lead in terms of what we wanted, whilst also giving his expert advice where appropriate. Helpfully and clearly showed us how to use the system. No complaints!
