The job was for some kitchen drawer replacements and an electric oven re-positioning. We didn't get on to the drawers, but Dean made sure the oven was as perfectly aligned and secured as was possible. He then - as extra work he was completely unaware of - raised a patio door for me, and he then secured some decking for me and he then replaced a toilet seat for me. I was happy with everything that went down today. I'd call on Dean again and I have saved his details.

Kostas was brilliant throughout this whole process. I had work left on a bathroom renovation, a towelling radiator needed mounting and connecting, and a cabinet needed putting up over tiles. He was incredibly flexible around times to come sort it, and was very knowledgeable throughout. After sorting the radiator in no time at all, he made the wholes for the cabinet. Unfortunately, one caused a crack in the tile, which he had warned me was a high possibility. He very kindly replaced the whole tile and drilled the wholes and mounted the cabinet for no extra cost. Absolutely brilliant service.

Really glad to have used excel maintenance. Such efficient work and done to a great standard. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and so lovely and professional. I highly recommend!!

tradesperson was excellent. process of assessment of the job and quote was simple, straightforward and explained plainly. he came when he said he would, worked very hard and did a very good job leaving no mess and an excellent paint finish
