Dan and his team at Excell Property Services Ltd did a great job renovating my bathroom and kitchen and I am very pleased by the results. They worked efficiently, completing everything on time as planned. The team was tidy, considerate, and maintained great communication throughout the process. Dan was always available to answer any questions and offer helpful advice. Their pricing was fair, definitely meeting the proficiency they provide. Would definitely use their services again!

We needed a kitchen and bathroom update to our 1 bed apartment. Dan was very proactive with ideas and suggestions making it an easy decision to work with him. He was very good with communication and the management aspect which was a requirement as we live out of town and made the whole process smooth. The finish is great, they also redecorated throughout, sanded back and seal the floor added new lighting and a carpet, again all to a high standard. We are very happy with the result and would chose Dan again. Recommended.

Daniel and his team did a wonderful job with the renovation of our ensuite bathroom. Upon submitting my job request on Checkatrade, Daniel was quick to reach out to schedule a visit to discuss the works required. The work was completed on time and to a high standard, and the team were professional, courteous and left the place clean. Despite an issue faced with a leak which caused some water to drip down into a neighbors flat, Excell took responsibility for this and came down on a Saturday to resolve this. We are enjoying our new bathroom now and had a positive experience!

Dan and his team did a great job renovating my bathroom. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional and reliable, giving great advice on what would work, helping me order the new materials and parts directly, and making sure the whole thing was completed to a very high spec. Dan and Seb did a brilliant job! From being on time to tidying up they made the job look easy. I was so anxious about this job and they were both so reassuring and approachable.
