I hired Excell Property Services to renovate my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They started exactly when we agreed and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. Dan and his team replaced a bathroom for us and we were so happy with it that I asked him to do our kitchen as well. In the end the team renovated the entire flat. They started on the given date and finished on time as well, they were skilled, deft, cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish daily. Dan's advice was invaluable, they consulted me before starting anything new and updated me as they went along. It was a joy to have them around.

This is our second project with Dan and team, and it went really smoothly, it was completed in just over two weeks which was amazing to have little disruption to our lives while work was carried out. Dan was really accommodating and helpful with the planning, especially as we had some last minute changes to plan, as the room became bigger when he existing fittings were ripped out. Seb and Val are also great, friendly and helped with the small decisions like placement of taps. The whole team are very dependable. The finished bathroom is really high quality and we are so glad we did it.

Daniel and his crew recently refurbished my bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. My bathroom is part of a small rear extension on a terraced house and had no insulation, so the team stripped everything back and installed proper insulation along with underfloor heating. My house has a history of hidden problems, but Daniel’s experience really showed, he anticipated potential issues from the start and reassured me throughout the process. The whole refurbishment, including a new shower, toilet, washbasin, and radiators, was completed in just 10 days.
