  Great workmanship from excell

  Abandoned the job, and always have excuses why they can't finish

  After being hired to renovate two flats in October 2024, Excell abandoned the project when the I scaled back the work due to planning constraints. Despite receiving a £13k deposit and my repeated requests to at least secure the site and restore running water, Excell has consistently made excuses, citing more lucrative jobs. In March 2025, they refunded £5.5k of the deposit, keeping £7.5k for minor work. As of August 2025, the site remains unsecure with no running water.

  Excell home did not abandon this project. The property was derelict and not habitable. The property was secured with a lock which the home owner supplied and fitted himself. We completed strip out work only. Refunded unallocated costings after cnc meeting

  Complete bathroom refurbishment

  Our experience from start to finish with Excel was amazing. Matt spent time with us to help us understand our options and provided a detailed quotation. Connor completed the work and kept us well informed throughout. We were really impressed with how quickly the team worked. The quality of the final finished bathroom is exceptional. We would highly recommend Excell to anyone! Thank you Matt & Connor for giving us a fabulous new bathroom.
