Greg is a superb operator - friendly, professional and diligent. His quote was very competitive, communication was clear, punctual arrival on agreed date and work carried out to a high standard to the price quoted. Turned a mess of old wires into a clean and tidy Consumer Unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him (and his colleague Naz).

On posting that there was a smell of fish coming from my during cupboard, Greg contacted me, despite it being his day off, to advise me that this smell indicated a real risk of fire and to turn off the boiler immediately which I did! He reassured me that he would be in touch with a day and time that he was free! He came round just two days later and fixed the problem there and then with no fuss or bother! He was friendly, efficient and professional and I would highly recommend him and gave his number saved for any future electrical requirements!

Contacted Greg for some replacement of light fittings, sockets and switches. Greg was very friendly, dilligent and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Outstanding service from start to finish. Remedial works carried out to make-safe and reassurance given. Thorough explanations and great communication throughout. Subsequent replacement of fuse board/consumer unit was booked and carried out in timely manner, again communication was exemplary, as was the standard of work delivered by Excellent Electrical. Would not hesitate to recommend, and have booked in for future works already. Excellent Electrical have gained a life-long customer here!
