10 Great, professional job.

Mark did a marvellous job. Prior to work his communication was good and he explained everything in detail. He worked well, there was no mess and he sealed the doors to ensure that dust was kept at a minimum. The finish of our floor is wonderful; so luxurious and exactly the finish I wanted. Mark, Robson and Michelle did a great job sanding and finishing Victorian pine floorboards in my house. I am delighted with the results. Mark was always happy to answer my questions, advise on the different options and was very flexible and patient when I was being indecisive. Highly recommend! Excellence are not only accredited and full members and accredited by NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association) and Trust Mark who are a government endorsed accreditation but also trained to FITA Standards (Floor Industry Training Association) for Wood floor sanding and refinishing. In fact, at the time of writing this profile Excellence are the only carpet cleaning company who are both NCCA and Trust Mark approved in the York Area.
